If an issue should appear (this includes manufacturing faults and NOT normal wear and tear) please follow these steps.

1. Please send an email to notify us about the issue. Please indicate the date of purchase with the order number and describe what the issue is and add a photo so that we can investigate the problem.

2. We will respond with further instructions.

3. If the issue is a manufacturing fault, we will gladly repair it and if not repairable we will replace your product as soon as possible.

4. We will carry all extra courier costs.
